Timesheets:
JBT use an email timesheet system, which is accessed over the internet via fax. Please fax a copy of all timesheets at the beginning of each month (for the previous month) and this will be converted to email. Contact us immediately if you do not have timesheets available.
Please fax timesheets, signed by an authorised signatory, on a monthly basis. If there is a problem then we can ensure payment is processed for the timesheets received rather than no payment being made at all. If it is not possible to gain authorisation on a monthly basis please contact us.
Payment System:
Payments to Associates are made on a monthly basis based on the Payment Schedule given below. Please note the cut off date is the last Friday in the month (unless the client insists on a different date and it is impractical to have two different pay periods). Payment will only be made on submission of an invoice supported by authorised timesheets. The submission date is normally the following Tuesday and the payment date the Monday after submission date, except when this falls on a Bank Holiday.
Timeline:
Timesheets must be received by close of business on the Submission date for payment on the Payment date. The Payment date is the BACS payment date. Cleared funds into your account will vary depending on your bank but are typically 2 working days later. If you are working overtime on the Saturday after the cut off date you may add this to your timesheet for payment that month.
Please remember that many clients may still require that you complete their timesheet, and not JBT’s, and get it authorised by the appropriate manager.
